Our traditional Venetian cuisine, predominantly seafood-based, offers fish, shellfish, and crustaceans from our lagoon, prepared according to recipes handed down from past centuries in Venice, enhanced with seasonal vegetables always sourced from our land.
To complement our typical dishes, we have set up an extensive wine cellar, both traditional and non-traditional, which we will skillfully recommend to enhance the flavor of your meal.
